Guillem Baldi Notes
Some notes/posts about CS and graphics.
Computer Science
I am currently studying computer science at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, specializing in computation. My main focus is on computer graphics, as I would like to become a Graphics Programmer or Software Engineer working on a project like Blender.
VFX
Before starting my B.E. in CS, I wanted to be a VFX artist, so I spent a year learning the tools and techniques. In the end, I realized that my passion was building tools with technical challenges rather than making art. Also, I am not very good at making scenes look pretty.
Music and Dance
I have conservatory training in flute and have grown to love classical music. I have also been dancing since the age of 5 in my city's "esbart" (an "esbart" is a traditional dance school).
